Renewals are accepted by mail only for existing Class A members beginning March 1, 2013.

How To Renew:

• Download, complete and print the application in either PDF or Word format
• Please be sure to complete the application in full even if your information has not changed from last year
• Send the completed application with the following:
  • Proof of Residency (electric bill, voters card, etc.)
  • Copy of Vehicle Registration(s)
  • Check for $150.00 or more for other services
• Mail all of the above to:
