Membership Application

April 1, 2008  eligible Class A residents may apply

May 1, 2008 Associate Members are selected, if available, there

will be a Lottery Drawing for these Memberships.

Send with the completed application:

Proof of Residency (electric bill, voters card, etc.)

Copy of Vehicle Registration

Check for $130.00 or more for other services.

Only property owners and renters in the Suncrest developments, as specified in the Association Bylaws Article 1, Section 2, shall be eligible for Association membership. Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be collectively used by others.  Membership is on an annual basis from April 1 to March 31.  Dues will not be pro-rated for a portion of the membership year.  Identification and proof of residence are required for eligibility.  Each approved applicant will receive two keys, two decals, and a copy of park regulations. Only one extra decal may be purchased per membership.  No additional keys may be purchased.  You may petition the Park Board for replacement of lost decals and/or keys.  Decals may be replaced if you return a substantial portion with the numbered piece of the current decal to the Board. The Board will deal with each petition on a case by case basis.

• VEHICLES WITHOUT A PROPERLY AFFIXED Decal ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PARK UNLESS PRE-APPROVED BY THE PARK BOARD

• VEHICLES PARKED IN THE PARK WITHOUT A CURRENT MEMBERSHIP Decal WILL BE TOWED AT OWNERS EXPENSE.

CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT

I apply for membership in Suncrest Park Association with the full knowledge that Suncrest Park and all recreation trails and greenbelt areas located in Suncrest and owned be Suncrest Park Association is in various stages of primitive condition.  No facilities are supervised, including but not limited to roadways, lawns, all parking areas, swimming facilities, such as volleyball courts, children’s play area, and the like.  Membership in the Association is voluntary and participation in any activities, including entrance to the park or other Association property is with the full knowledge of the risks involved and upon signing this application, I knowingly accept all responsibility for  myself, all residents of my household, any and/or all persons that enter Suncrest Park or any other property owned by the Association as my guest.

          Upon signing this application, I state that I have read and understand the above language in it’s entirety, have been presented with and agree to abide by the Association rules.   Falsifying any portion of this application is cause for membership revocation.

Each membership will be allowed two keys and two vehicle decals.  Decals MUST BE secured to the outside of the windshield on the drivers side.
